Massachusetts beats out California for energy efficiency

The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) named Massachusetts the number one energy efficiency state in the U.S. This is the first time MA has topped the chart. Congratulations to our great state, and to Community Action Agencies committed to helping households save energy and money through weatherization.
